This policy describes ownership and rights over the material created and used in our projects.
Ownership of deliverables
Upon full payment, the final deliverables (code, design, assets) created specifically for your project are transferred to you and are fully yours.
Avento's rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and promotional material unless agreed otherwise. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours.
Client-provided material
Material you provide (copy, logos, images) remains yours. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to use it and indemnify us against third-party claims related to it.
Third-party software & licenses
Projects may use open-source or third-party software under their own licenses. Those licenses govern the respective software and remain in force.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on our website infringes your rights, contact info@avento.gr and we will review your request promptly.
