Payments & Billing Policy
This policy describes how we price our services and our payment methods and terms.
Per-project pricing
Every project is priced based on its scope, complexity and implementation time. We do not use fixed price lists — you receive a tailored quote once we understand your needs.
Payment methods
We accept bank transfer and card payments through secure providers (e.g. Stripe). Payment details are stated in the proposal and the invoice.
Deposit & milestones
Projects usually start with a deposit on the total cost, with the balance paid at milestones or on delivery, as defined in the proposal.
Invoicing & VAT
A legal invoice is issued for every payment. Prices are subject to VAT where required by applicable law.
Late payments
If a payment is delayed beyond the agreed deadline, work or delivery may be suspended until the balance is settled.
Subscriptions & recurring charges
Maintenance, hosting or support services may be billed on a recurring (monthly/annual) basis, cancellable under the Cancellations Policy.
