Terms of Service
These terms govern our collaboration on the design, development and maintenance of digital products and services. They complement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Scope of services
Avento provides design & development of websites, e-shops, automations, API integrations and AI solutions. The exact scope of each project is defined in the approved proposal or service agreement.
Quotes & acceptance
Every project starts with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and cost. Work becomes active once we receive written acceptance and, where applicable, the deposit.
Client responsibilities
For a smooth project, the client provides the required material (copy, images, access to accounts/domains) and feedback within the agreed deadlines. Delays in providing material may shift the timeline.
Timelines & deliverables
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely collaboration. Deliverables are presented in stages for review and approval before final handover.
Revisions & change requests
Each phase includes a reasonable number of revisions. Material changes to scope (new features, pages or goals) are treated as additional work with a separate quote.
Support & maintenance
After launch we offer support, security-update and continuous-improvement packages. The details of each package are agreed separately.
Liability
We make every reasonable effort to deliver excellent results. We are not liable for damages arising from client-provided material or instructions, third-party services, or use outside the project's specifications.
