Cancellations & Refunds Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our tailored services.
Nature of the services
Our services are tailored and performed specifically for each client. Therefore, the right of withdrawal that applies to standardised products does not apply to work already performed.
Project cancellation
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work already completed up to the cancellation date is billed normally.
Deposit refunds
The deposit covers initial design and resource commitment and is non-refundable for work already performed. Any unused balance is refunded pro rata.
Subscription cancellation
Recurring services (maintenance, hosting, support) are cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. No refunds are given for a period already started.
